Eight current and three former legislators are listed as witnesses in the felony charge against state Rep. Randy Terrill and former Sen. Debbe Leftwich.

The witnesses in the state House of Representatives are Mike Christian, R-Oklahoma City, Marian Cooksey, R-Edmond, Mark McCullough, R-Sapulpa, Leslie Osborn, R-Tuttle, and Anastasia Pittman, D-Oklahoma City.

The witnesses in the state Senate are Clark Jolley, R-Edmond, Anthony Sykes, R-Moore, and David Myers, R-Ponca City, who served during the past session as vice chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee.

The former legislators are Glenn Coffee, R-Oklahoma City, who was Senate president pro tem the past session, Chris Benge, R-Tulsa, who was House speaker, and Mike Johnson, R-Kingfisher, who was chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee.
