Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The delegation of the State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan, the Baku Stock Exchange and the National Depository Centre has completed a visit to Poland, organized within the European Union’s TACIS project.
The Committee reports that within the trip the delegates studied the Polish system of securities regulation with a view of their possible application in Azerbaijan. To this end, the Azerbaijani representatives held consultations in the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the National Securities Depository, the Chamber of Brokerage Houses and the Association of Listed Companies.
“Cooperation with the above-listed organizations will continue within the EU twinning project in the stock market of Azerbaijan,” the Committee informed.
