Gov.-elect John Kasich’s inauguration committee announced ticket information yesterday for the
four days of events marking Kasich’s and Lt. Gov.-elect Mary Taylor’s taking office on Jan. 10.

The committee said demand for public tickets is expected to exceed availability, so Ohioans who
want to attend should reserve their tickets early by going to
http://NewDayOhio.com/Tickets or by
calling 614-824-1152. Some events listed are free but require tickets; others require a donation or
admission fee.

The schedule starts with a kickoff event with Taylor in Cleveland on Jan. 7 and includes events
on Jan. 8-9 in Columbus.

The inauguration ceremony for Kasich and Taylor will be at the Ohio Theatre from 11:30 a.m. to
1:30 p.m. on Jan. 10, followed by a gala that evening at the Greater Columbus Convention
Center.
