Andrew B. Zelenkofske has listed for sale a six-bedroom, 7.5-bath home at 2566 Courtney Trail in Hunting Valley for $3.3 million.

Zelenkofske paid $2.575 million for the property in April 2004. The 7,042-square-foot house was built in 1999 in East Hunting Valley. Janice G. Carson of Howard Hanna is the listing agent for the home.

Zelenkofske is the owner of Melange, a contemporary American dining establishment. He also has been a managing director at Andrew B. Zelenkofske CPA, JD, LLM.

He received an LL.M. in taxation from the Villanova University School of Law, a J.D. in law and taxation from the Emory University School of Law, and a B.S. in accounting and business from Drexel University’s College of Business and Administration.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been three home sales in Hunting Valley during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $810,000.
