The Budapest Stock Exchange on Friday said Erste Investment would list a Swiss franc-based certificate on the bourse from December 20.

Erste Investment already has EUR/HUF and USD/HUF certificates listed on the BSE.

Trade in certificates was introduced on the BSE in 2008. At present, 34 certificates from two issuers are listed on the exchange based on 15 underlying products such as oil, gold, the DAX and different Hungarian shares.

Turnover of the certificates in January-November came to HUF 233 million, up 58% from the same period a year earlier. (MTI-Econews)
