Recently, I phoned the Future Shop Northgate to get info on a product that they have listed for sale.
I was told it was sold out, but here were a couple of another model available.
Because both my wife and I are disabled, I told them we would not be able to pick it up.
Lo and behold, later that day a good looking young man in a wheelchair arrived at our building with this large box on his lap.
I paid him as per the receipt and was so pleased with this young man.
Thank you to Ryan Whittle.

Kudos to Future Shop for recognizing the capacity for the handicapped to deliver….and I don’t mean just the package that was ordered.

I’ve found all the staff at this Future Shop in particular to be very knowledgeable and friendly. Glad to see I’m not the only one to experience great service. Perhaps a nomination could be entered in the Chamber of Commerce Extra Mile program??
