Craig Shute and Katrina Shute have listed for sale a six-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 3143 Elk Clover St. in Unincorporated Las Vegas for $700,000.

Dana Benrud of Premier Realty Group is the listing agent. The 4,287-square-foot house was built in 2002 in the Summerlin North. The Shutes acquired the property for $1.24 million in Oct. 2006.

Mr. Shute is a senior managing director at CB Richard Ellis.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 34,888 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $121,000.
