Arthur Threatt and Sonia Threatt have listed for sale a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 7498 Abbey Road in Gurnee for $385,875.

The Threatts paid $420,000 for the property in Sept. 2004. The 3,100-square-foot house was built in 1996 in the Bittersweet neighborhood. It is located in the Kingsport Woods subdivision. Mary Tokarz of Century 21 Real Estate LLC is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Threatt has been a district business manager at Mead Johnson Nutritionals, a pharmaceuticals company.

He previously was a product manager at Abbott Laboratories’s Products Division, account manager at Procter Gamble Pharmaceuticals, and a regional markets analyst at Hoechst Marion Roussel.

He received an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a B.A. in chemistry from Emory University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 291 home sales in Gurnee during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $210,150.
