Siddharth N. Mehta and Swati Mehta have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 920 E. Westleigh Road in Lake Forest for $2.075 million.

The Mehtas paid $2.11 million for the property in Aug. 2004. The 5,674-square-foot house was built in 2001 in the Lake Forest East neighborhood. Elizabeth Jenkins of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Mehta is the chief executive officer of HSBC North America Holdings Inc. He also serves as the chairman and chief executive officer of HSBC Finance Corporation.

He previously was a senior vice president at The Boston Consulting Group. He also was vice president of Citicorp’s information business division.

He received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the London School of Economics and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 173 home sales in Lake Forest during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $714,057.
