Illustrator duo asking $1.095M for 4BD in Ballard

Donald Del Baker and Kolea Suzanne Baker have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 7205 28th Ave. N.W. in Ballard for $1.095 million.

Mr. Baker is a freelance illustrator in Seattle.

He also is the founder and executive director of Evidence of Humanity.

He attended Spokane Falls Community College and Lewis Clark State College.

Ms. Baker is the president of Kolea Artist Representative Inc., an illustration art and photography services company.

She is a member of the graphic artist guild and has been serving as an advisory board member. She also was the founder, executive board member and secretary treasurer of The Illustration Conference.

She attended Washington State University, Spokane Falls Community College and the School of Visual Concepts.
