Dr. Eric Choi and his wife, Esther, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 845 Coulange Court in Creve Coeur for $895,000.

The couple paid $1.075 million for the property in the Belle Coeur subdivision in Jan. 2006. The 4,441-square-foot house was built in 2004 in Creve Coeur West. Christine Chartrand of Janet Mcafee Real Estate is the listing agent for the home.

Dr. Choi is an associate professor in the Department of Surgery at the Washington University School of Medicine. He also serves as surgery clerkship director. He specializes in vascular surgery and endovascular surgery.

He received his M.D. from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and completed his residency in general surgery at Washington University School of Medicine, Barnes-Jewish Hospital.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 234 home sales in Creve Coeur during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $255,000.
