Civil engineer lists Kenmore 5BD

Kurt W. Groesch and Catherine Corne Groesch have listed for sale the five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 6516 N.E. 198th St. in Kenmore for $439,000.

The 2,950-square-foot house was built in 1978 in Kenmore North. It is located in Kenover subdivision. Daniel Goldsmith of Soundview Realty is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Groesch is a civil engineer at Adapt Engineering Inc., which has offices in Seattle and Portland.

He previously was director of construction services at Pacific Testing Laboratories.
