Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kim Zolciak, has been a very busy girl. First Kim announces she’s pregnant by baby daddy Kroy Biermann. Next it’s reported that Kim and Kroy are engaged and planning a spring wedding.  NOW, Kim Zolciak has put her Atlanta townhouse up for sale.  Too many Big Poppa memories or does she need the cash?

According to Real Estalker, Kim Zolciak’s townhouse in Duluth, Georgia has been put on the market for $499k. Wow, I guess she’s not a very rich housewive. I wonder if Kroy Biermann is going to buy her a bigger home? What’s surprising, is Kim purchased the three story townhouse in 2006 for $486,000, after real estate commissions, she’s actually going to lose money on the deal. Why has she put her home up for sale?

Kim Zolciak’s townhome boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and has over 3,396 square feet of living space. It has been professionally decorated and her real estate agent is using her “celebrity status” to help sell the home. I wonder if Big Poppa bought the house for her?

Unfortunately for Kim Zolciak, there are two other similar townhouses in her community listed for under $450k. Which means our Real Housewives of Atlanta girl may have to drop the price of her home AGAIN.  Now that Kroy Biermann and Kim are getting married, they probably want to trade up to a much larger home.
