Charles East Central. It is located in the Downtown St. Charles subdivision. Teresa Ryan of Ryan Hill Realty is the listing agent.

Sloniger is managing director of acquisitions at Marquette Companies, a financial services firm based in Naperville.

He received a master’s degree in urban planning and policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 361 home sales in St. Charles during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $235,000.
