Kyle Noonan has listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 2659 N. Ashland Ave. in Lincoln Park for $495,000.

Noonan bought the property for $510,000 in January 2007. The 2,800-square-foot Unit #4 was built in 2005 in West De Paul subdivision. Jody Slutzky of Jameson Real Estate is the listing agent for the home.

Noonan is the general manager of Pappas Restaurants Inc.

She received her B.F.A. in art history from Southern Methodist University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 988 home sales in Lincoln Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $444,000.
