Michael Grundmeyer has listed for sale the three-bedroom, 1.75-bath home at 2560 25th Ave. W. in Magnolia for $595,000.

Grundmeyer acquired the property in October 2006. The 1,180-square-foot house was built in 1947 in the Arlington Heights subdivision. Scott Whaley of Windermere Real Estate Company is the listing agent for the home.

Grundmeyer is the vice president of business development in North America and Europe at 3TIER, which specializes in renewable energy.

He previously was the president at Energy Risk Management Consulting. He also was vice president at Fortis Energy Marketing and Trading and, earlier, worked at Merrill Lynch and Koch Industries.

He received his bachelor’s degree in German and his master’s degree in finance from Texas AM University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 225 home sales in Magnolia during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $521,000.
