Zaher A. Radi and his wife, Rawan W. Hejazi, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 239 Lansbrooke Drive in Chesterfield for $395,000.

Radi and Hejazi paid $372,000 for the property in December 2007. The 2,566-square-foot house was built in 1994 in South of 64. It is located in the Chesterfield Farms subdivision.

Mr. Radi has been an associate research fellow and toxicologic regulatory pathologist at Pfizer since 2007. Prior to that, he was a senior principal scientist at Pfizer Global RD. Prior to Pfizer, he worked an assistant professor of pathology at the University of Georgia and as clinical instructor of pathobiology at Virginia Tech.

He attended Iowa State University.
