Clifford L. Frazier and his wife, Pamela, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 930 Sheffield Forest Court in Wildwood for $500,000.

Jan Blassie of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the agent for the listing. The 4,618-square-foot house was built in 1999 in Wildwood Southeast neighborhood. The Fraziers acquired the property for $417,137 in November 1999.

Mr. Frazier has been the pastor of he City of Life Christian Church in St. Louis. He previously was an on-air talent, producer-director, and production executive for WVIZ-TV Cleveland and NBC Network.

He earned his master of theology from Tyndale Theological Seminary. He also holds a B.S. degree in telecommunications from Ohio University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 509 home sales in Wildwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $301,610.
