The Motorola Milestone 2 (the phone known as the Droid in the States) is now available to buy in the UK.
eXpansys is flogging the Milestone sequel for £380 sim-free. For that money, you get a 1GHz processor, 3.7 inch display, 5 megapixel camera, 8GB of memory (expandable via microSD), wi-fi and 3G, plus a sliding Qwerty keyboard. It runs Android 2.2.
While no networks are officially offering the handset, eXpansys has it listed on a few deals with Vodafone.
These start from £30 per month with the phone free, and with that you get 600 minutes, unlimited texts, and 500MB of data (over two years). There’s also a £35 per month option, which is the same deal but with 900 minutes.
