Danish telecom operator TDC A/S (TDC.KO) said Thursday that majority owner NTC intends to sell 210 million shares in the company for 47-56 Danish kroner ($8.40-$10) a share, starting a long-expected partial exit of the company.

The bookbuilding period will run from Dec. 1 to Dec. 8, and the final offer price is expected to be announced Dec. 9 at the latest, the company said.

The offering also includes an over-allotment option of up to 31.5 million shares, TDC said.
