Moulton is a consulting practice adviser at Rochelle Moulton and Team Inc., and has been consultant with Wolf Management Consultants LLC.

She previously was a practice leader and vice president of human resource consulting of Spherion Corp. Before that, she was a client relationship leader at Arthur Andersen, chief executive officer and co-founder of Qwest Consultants, and a principal at Towers Perrin.

She received her M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and her bachelor’s degree in finance from Central Connecticut State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been three condo sales in Lincoln Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $436,000.
