James Rutenberg has listed for sale a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 1320 13th St. in Logan Circle for $559,000.

Roby C. Thompson of Long Foster Real Estate, Inc. is the listing agent.

The Rutenbergs bought the 1,100-square-foot Unit #44 for $515,000 in June 2006. The unit is part of the Icon-Lofts on Logan Circle Street condo development which was built in 2003 in Fourteenth Street Historic District subdivision.

Ruternberg is a White House political correspondent in the Washington bureau of The New York Times.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 45 condo sales in Logan Circle during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $606,750.
