We operate from our own freehold property and are able to offer a complete service in carrying out a wide variety of works ranging from the sympathetic renovation of Listed Buildings to the ‘fast track’ fitting out of offices and retail units.

The role/responsibilities

The successful candidate will be the Company’s principal Surveyor and will be responsible for all aspects of the financial control of projects from commencement to Final Account agreement. He / She will report directly to the Managing Director 

Experience

Experience in new build and refurbishment projects between £250,000.00 and £2 million essential. Projects include both high class residential and commercial works.
